Prior to pivoting into the world of recruiting, Adam spent 15 years working within the NYC advertising and marketing industry. He has lead account management and digital strategy at American Express, SIRIUS XM and digital ad agencies in NYC like VaynerMedia and EP+Co for major Clients like Verizon, Pepsi and British Airways.
This has instilled him with a unique perspective when working with candidates to truly understand their Career DNA and ensure a good fit on both sides of the recruiting equation. In addition, he brings expert advisory around the Talent Acquisition process, employer branding and recruitment operations.

Kevin Logan Jr: Director of Recruitment
Kevin is a Recruiter at heart. He's also deeply passionate about the blockchain space because of his personal belief that it will transform the world.
He loves meeting new people and building relationships through open, honest, and transparent communications. His superpower is relating to people through humor and empathy. His passion is helping people grow their organizations by finding the talent you need to propel your company forward.
He currently recruits for multiple start-ups at various stages and helps them connect their marketing strategy with humans to build raving fans, revenue, and repeat business because he understands that the best tool at a marketer’s disposal is empathy and wanting to understand other people’s worldviews.
When he’s not disrupting the talent acquisition space, or marketing his next product he’s either watching a Disney movie with his beautiful wife Katie and Sons or on the basketball court fulfilling his Dream to dunk in his 30’s.
